Millions sleep seven or eight hours each night, but they still wake up without energy. Experts warn that the problem may be linked not only to the length of sleep but also to its quality and certain health disorders.

Getting up tired after a long night of sleep is a common experience. However, when this happens repeatedly, it may be a signal that the organism is not taking the rest it needs.

According to the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), most adults need at least seven hours of sleep per night. But duration is not the only factor that determines whether a person feels relaxed.

One possible cause is a sleep - related appnea, a disorder in which breathing is constantly interrupted or restricted at night.

According to the U.S. National Hearts Institute, Tribes and Blood (NHLBI), sleep apex can cause severe snore, sleep during the day, headache in the morning and difficulty in concentration.

Many sufferers are unaware that their breathing is interrupted during sleep.

But the apology is not the only explanation.

Stress, anxiety, irregular bedtime times, and the use of electronic devices before bedtime can negatively affect the quality of rest.

CDC experts recommend maintaining a stable bedtime, limiting caffeine during the afternoon and evening, as well as creating a quiet, dark and cool environment in the bedroom.

Continued fatigue may also be linked to anemia, thyroid problems, some medications, or other health conditions that require medical evaluation.

According to the British National Health Service (NHS), those experiencing inexplicable fatigue for several weeks, especially when it affects daily life, should consult the doctor.

Another important element is the difference between physical fatigue and sleepiness. While fatigue may emerge as a lack of energy, drowsiness involves a strong need to sleep during the day.

Experts warn that excessive drowsiness may affect concentration, productivity and safety during vehicle management.

Improving sleep habits can help many, but it does not replace diagnosis and treatment when there is a health problem.

The main message is that long sleep does not always guarantee quality rest. If you constantly wake up tired, despite getting enough sleep, the organism may be signaling a problem that merits attention.
