France host Belgium at the Stade de France. The two sides meet again in the Nations League. France previously defeated Belgium 1–0 in Brussels. Michael Olise scored the decisive goal in that match. Belgium will be without Kevin De Bruyne and Youri Tielemans.

France and Belgium meet again in a highly anticipated UEFA Nations League Group A1 clash at the Stade de France. The match comes just one week after France secured a narrow 1–0 victory over Belgium in Brussels.

Michael Olise was the hero of that encounter, scoring a spectacular late goal in the 88th minute after making a powerful run from inside his own half. The victory continued Zinedine Zidane’s perfect start as France manager at the time.

However, France enter the latest meeting after being held to a 1–1 draw by Italy. Olise again found the net, but Alessandro Bastoni equalised for Italy after a defensive mistake. France also finished the match with 10 players following Dayot Upamecano’s late red card.

Belgium, meanwhile, arrive after an impressive 3–0 victory over Türkiye. Kevin De Bruyne scored twice and Romelu Lukaku added another goal, giving Belgium an important boost before the meeting with France.

Belgium will face an important challenge because both De Bruyne and Youri Tielemans are suspended and will miss the match. De Bruyne had been one of Belgium’s key players in their victory over Türkiye, making his absence particularly significant.

France currently lead Group A1 with seven points, while Belgium are just one point behind on six. That makes the meeting at the Stade de France especially important for the group standings.

With both teams competing near the top of the group, another close encounter is expected. France will look to use home advantage, while Belgium will try to respond after their narrow defeat in Brussels.
